• SHIP DATES: Monday-Sunday depending on availability and convenience.

• RETURNED ITEMS: If a package is returned to me for any reason, it is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase additional shipping.

• TAXES AND CUSTOMS:  Buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs, and duties that may be assessed by their government. As all orders are coming from the U.S, ColorReyn is not responsible for additional duties, taxes, and VAT fees that may be required in different countries. ColorReyn does not accept responsibility for customs as well as any lost/stolen/damaged items in transit. If you experience any lost, stolen, or damaged items, it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify their mail carrier/post office to come to a resolution as most packages shipped from ColorReyn are insured.

• SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES: Due to the new laws and regulations related to The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) I can no longer ship products to European countries at this time. This decision may change, but until the new laws are more clear I have suspended sales and pulled products from this market.
